Job Title: Insurance Placement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Placement Specialist to join our team at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd. As an Insurance Placement Specialist, you will be responsible for placing large and complex commercial risks across our insurer panel, ensuring the best terms for our customers and commercial terms for Endsleigh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placement of large and complex commercial risks across our insurer panel
  • Ensure effective reporting and analysis of partner performance and delivery of recommendations to improve
  • Strong commercial lines insurance knowledge gained in a broking or insurance company environment
  • Proven experience of commercial lines insurance broking or underwriting
  • In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and principles
  • Experience in placement of complex risks
  • Highly commercially aware, ability to develop, understand and evaluate financial business cases/plans and modelling (both internally and externally)

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
