We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at Naylor's Equestrian Llp. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
  • Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through being knowledgeable on current trends, in-store promotions, and evolving store processes.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
