Welfare Benefits Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £27,120 per annum

We are seeking a results-driven Welfare Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Vox Network Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of welfare benefits to disadvantaged populations.

About the Role:

You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of welfare benefits to clients, including personal independence payments and disability living allowance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to Team Managers
  • Stay up-to-date with policy changes and best practices in welfare benefits

Requirements:

A background in social care or housing is desirable, as is experience working with vulnerable populations. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build trust with clients will be critical to your success.
