We are seeking a Senior Director, International Field Medical Excellence to join our team. This role will be responsible for empowering international field medical teams to perform their roles effectively and comply with regulatory requirements.

As a Senior Director, you will serve as a strategic partner to international medical heads and country medical directors, providing guidance on field medical execution in local markets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor the global field medical customer experience strategy to meet the needs of international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of direct reports to ensure effective field medical execution in international markets
  • Collaborating with international medical heads and country medical directors to develop strategies for optimal field medical performance

  • Identifying and driving opportunities to optimize and standardize deliverables and ways of working across teams
