We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Business Development Associate to join our team in London. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily execution of core duties and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Taking, confirming, and inputting customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintaining close relationships with customers, liaising with commercial, logistics, and quality departments as necessary.
  3. Processing purchase orders and ensuring timely communication with suppliers.
  4. Responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues effectively.
  5. Collaborating with the quality team to ensure smooth delivery of quality documents to customers.
  6. Coordinating product samples for customers, involving either office handling or liaison with warehouses.
  7. Providing price quotes to customers, working closely with Product Management and collecting necessary information from customers.
  8. Supporting lead qualification and logging opportunities & quotes on the CRM system.
  9. Monitoring shipments and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  10. Reviewing and controlling stock levels for key accounts, ensuring sufficient inventory for contracts.
  11. Preparation of reports for senior managers.
  12. Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers and commercial team members when required.
  13. Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

This role requires fluency in English and Dutch, knowledge of Logistics, and strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Excellent benefits, including a dynamic work environment, will be provided to support your growth and development.
