About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leaders and business stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, training, and development. You will be responsible for working alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment and provide creative solutions to resource challenges.
You will also be responsible for ensuring training and development is planned, undertaken, and reviewed to ensure ROI. Additionally, you will support the HR Advisor with Employee Relation cases and manage complex Employee Relation and Employee Wellbeing cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment and provide creative solutions to resource challenges.
- Ensure training and development is planned, undertaken, and reviewed to ensure ROI.
- Support the HR Advisor with Employee Relation cases.
- Manage complex Employee Relation and Employee Wellbeing cases.
- Manage the Performance Review and Development process within your designated business area.
- Identify and monitor appropriate training methods/solutions.
- Build the capability of managers through coaching.
- Assist in the delivery of development workshops in areas of HR Best practice.
- Assist in the annual salary review process.
- Drive improvements in organisational capability through performance management culture.
- Ensure Central HR policies are communicated and deployed effectively.
- Work alongside the management team to ensure PDP or development plans are in place for all employees.
- Undertake projects and any other work reasonably requested in line with HR and Business Strategies.
Requirements:
- Senior HR generalist experience covering recruitment, training, and development.
- Proven coaching and mentoring capability up to Director level.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to use Google applications.
- Knowledge and experience in Workday (a bonus).
