Finance Business Partner

Birmingham-based client seeks highly skilled interim finance professionals to support a period of significant change within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for strong, professionally qualified finance candidates who have experience in interim Management Accounts / Finance Business Partnering roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Month-End Processes: Full management of month-end processes, with a focus on timely delivery of accurate and insightful information.
- Business Unit Management: Contribute as a member of the business unit management teams, responsible for day-to-day operational performance of the business and relaying financial performance and risk.
- Forecasting and Planning: Lead the forecasting and planning for the commercial unit and work with the business on strategic plans and business cases.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior managers to successfully business partner with meaningful data and insights.
- Performance Improvement: Be an effective business partner, constantly seeking out opportunities to improve performance and management information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the central finance team to deliver best-in-class reporting, forecasting, and leading to insightful analysis and transformational change.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to learn a business quickly and forge meaningful relationships to effectively business partner with key stakeholders, enabling sound commercial decision-making. Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and Performance Management tools are highly desirable. Roles are hybrid, with 2-3 days on-site in Birmingham and the rest remote.
