Lead Care Manager Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Senior Residential Care Leader to assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of a residential home in Coventry.

This is an excellent chance for a qualified and experienced care professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing the management of a team and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in managing teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

A key aspect of this role will be working closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement strategies that promote resident well-being and satisfaction.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality resident care
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on resident outcomes and care plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Care Assistant in a residential setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
