The Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our homes in Coventry. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life, including helping them continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast
  • Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home
  • Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a level 3 in Childrens and Young Peoples workforce qualification and have some experience working with young people. A full UK driving licence is also required.

Salary and Location

The salary for this role is up to £14.30 per hour, depending on experience. The location is Coventry.
