Children's Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Specialist to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people in their daily lives, promoting education, independence, and well-being.
- Creatingsupportive and nurturing environments that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence.
- L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
- Experience in supporting children, ideally with a passion for working with children.
