About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales and business development process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
