About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers regarding their insurance needs, handling adjustments, renewals, and any other queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding their insurance needs.
  • Handle adjustments, renewals, and any other queries related to insurance policies.
  • Provide quotations and arrange new business via computerized rating guides.
  • Maximize sales opportunities to include cross-selling and dealing with prospects efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention.
  • Ensure best practice in line with current legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Confidence and experience with Personal Lines Insurance Policies with an Insurer or a Broker.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of FCA, DPA, and TCF regulations.
