Our academy is committed to providing an outstanding education for all students. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Officer to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy by supporting the implementation of our Behaviour for Learning Policy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents/carers. You will be responsible for supervising students before school, during break, and throughout lunch, as well as managing late detentions and ensuring that students enter the building in full academy uniform.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a Performance and Loyalty Bonus, Pension Scheme with generous employer contributions, and a Wellbeing Cash Plan.
