Pet Care Team Leader Opportunity

Pets Corner UK is a leading family-run business dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and natural pet food. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pet Care Team Leader to join our team at our Crawley Spindle Way store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend Pets Corner products and services
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities to improve store sales and performance
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop the team
  • Maintain high standards, ensuring products are well-stocked, presented, and clean
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising
  • Take on key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
  • Accurately maintain inventory, checking deliveries, conducting stocktakes, and investigating stock losses
Essential Skills:
  • A genuine interest in Pets Corner's vision, products, and values
  • Strong team focus with the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service, building strong relationships with customers and their pets
  • A thirst for continued personal training and development
  • The drive and determination to work effectively as part of a team or independently
  • No prior animal experience is necessary, just the right attitude and willingness to learn
