Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Role Overview:

The Customer Experience Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive exceptional service from start to finish. This includes understanding client needs, guiding them through services with clarity and empathy, and engaging with both current and potential clients to update their information and discuss their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to update their information, discuss their needs, and determine how services can best support them.
  • Appointment Management: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for clients with a team of Legal Advisors.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication: Build rapport and relationships with clients, conveying information clearly and professionally.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
