Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Sales and Marketing Team as a Customer Experience Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Take in-bound enquiries from all sources and provide expert advice on our products and services.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and promote new business opportunities.
- Be cross-trained across all areas of the sales function to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge through self-study and supported development.
- Ensure all customers are advised considerately through the decision-making process.
- Database Management
- Update the database/CRM with customer records.
- Business Development
- Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Resolving any sales-related issues with customers.
- Providing basic technical assistance to customers calling in with enquiries.
Requirements
We are looking for a customer service professional with effective questioning and listening skills, who can help customers in a positive and friendly manner. The ideal candidate should have:
- An excellent telephone manner.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, internet & email.
- The ability to work to agreed processes & procedures to deliver daily KPI's.
- Consistency and a positive attitude to your working day.
- Call centre, customer service or sales experience is an advantage but more importantly, your attitude.
