Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Sales and Marketing Team as a Customer Experience Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service
  • Take in-bound enquiries from all sources and provide expert advice on our products and services.
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and promote new business opportunities.
  • Be cross-trained across all areas of the sales function to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  1. Product Knowledge
  • Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge through self-study and supported development.
  • Ensure all customers are advised considerately through the decision-making process.
  1. Database Management
  • Update the database/CRM with customer records.
  1. Business Development
  • Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
  • Resolving any sales-related issues with customers.
  • Providing basic technical assistance to customers calling in with enquiries.

Requirements

We are looking for a customer service professional with effective questioning and listening skills, who can help customers in a positive and friendly manner. The ideal candidate should have:

  1. An excellent telephone manner.
  2. A genuine passion for helping people.
  3. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, internet & email.
  4. The ability to work to agreed processes & procedures to deliver daily KPI's.
  5. Consistency and a positive attitude to your working day.
  6. Call centre, customer service or sales experience is an advantage but more importantly, your attitude.
