About the Job

We are recruiting for an Associate Director to lead our Economic Impact Evaluation team, focusing on policy areas related to energy security, clean growth, net zero buildings, climate risk management, circular economy, nature recovery, agricultural transition, and air quality.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale impact and economic evaluation projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of energy and environmental policy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading large-scale impact and economic evaluations.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Designing project plans that meet client needs.
  • Selecting and managing teams effectively.
  • Ddelivering high-quality reporting outputs.

What You'll Need:

  • A strong academic background in social sciences, engineering, or climate sciences.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale impact and economic evaluation projects.
  • A good understanding of energy and environmental policy.
  • Proven ability in business development and revenue generation.
  • Curiosity and drive to support business growth.
  • Confident communication skills.
