A leading healthcare value consultancy is seeking a Director in Health Economics to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in health economics and a passion for leading high-impact projects within market access.
The consultancy supports a wide range of healthcare providers, aiding the development and commercialisation of healthcare products and services.
What You Will Do: - Lead and oversee the development of health economic models, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, for global clients.
- Provide senior leadership and strategic guidance on health economics projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients on assigned projects, managing relationships and delivering value throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior health economists, helping to develop their skills and ensure the team's success.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, writing proposals, and helping to secure new projects.
- Work as part of the leadership team to ensure financial targets and KPIs are met, while driving innovation in the health economics offering.
- Enhance the external profile of the practice through publications, presentations, and engagement with stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Who We're Looking For: - 7+ years' experience in the Health Economics industry, including extensive experience in developing cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
- Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics.
- Strong expertise in conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses, alongside developing and interpreting economic models.
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of complex health economics projects.
- Strategic insight and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to the proposal process.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of nurturing talent and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organisational skills.
