About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Swansea Bay University Health Board as a Medical Secretary for the Neonatal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to consultants and their teams, ensuring the effective management of patient care.

Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support to consultants and their teams, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the department, fostering a positive and productive working environment

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients

Working Arrangements

">

The post-holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate changing demands.

Salary Information

">

The estimated salary for this role is £26,692 - £29,221 per annum, depending on experience.
