Compassionate Support Team Member

We are seeking a kind-hearted and empathetic Compassionate Support Team Member to join our team at CountryCourt in Dorchester. As a vital member of our care team, you will provide tailored support and care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role:
  • Support residents with daily tasks, such as mobility assistance, medication management, and personal care, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Engage with residents in various activities, such as arts, crafts, or relaxation techniques, enhancing their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
About You:
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to residents' needs and concerns.
  • You are committed to delivering person-centered care, prioritizing residents' preferences and choices above all else.
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus annual pay reviews and pension contributions.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days holiday (FTE) and enhanced bank holiday rates.
