Job Title: Technical Engineering Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineering Officer to join our team at Serco Limited. As a key member of our Engineering and Estates team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our services and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Summary:

The Technical Engineering Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to our Engineering and Estates teams, including the collation and provision of mechanical, electrical, and specialist services information. You will work closely with our site maintenance and project teams to ensure the timely completion of audit material for the Department of Health, Centre of Best Practice (CoBP) programme.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collate and provide technical information on site, including mechanical, electrical, and specialist services data.
  2. Support the Engineering and Estates teams in the delivery of our services, including the provision of technical expertise and guidance.
  3. Work closely with our site maintenance and project teams to ensure the timely completion of audit material for the CoBP programme.
  4. Provide technical support to our teams, including the development of technical reports and the analysis of technical data.
  5. Ensure that all technical information is accurate and up-to-date, and that all data and reporting is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background in engineering or a related field, with experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

You will need to be able to analyze complex technical data and provide clear and concise reports, as well as have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
