Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to progress within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
  • Support the management of contract variations and project financials
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in measurements
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Work closely with senior surveyors to learn and develop key quantity surveying skills
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements
  • A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • A passion for the construction and civil engineering industry
