The Role

  • We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to conduct research, identify potential leads, and generate interest in our solutions via phone, email, and social media.
  • You'll qualify leads based on established criteria, set up appointments for the sales team, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market landscape, and participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is £35,000 + bonus, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your hard work and dedication.
