Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to lead our St John Ambulance Event Services unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit, including leading meetings, organizing first aid cover at events and other community activities, and actively participating in the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a passion for first aid. They will be able to motivate and inspire our volunteers to deliver exceptional first aid services, while also ensuring that they have a positive and rewarding experience in St John Ambulance.
