Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Fashion Retail Specialist to assist with the planning and forecasting of sales. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the buying department to manage and optimize product ranges, ensuring optimal stock levels to maximize sales while minimizing markdowns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales planning and forecasting to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the buying team to manage and optimize product ranges, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal events to drive sales.
  • Provide support to the retail team as required.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Fashion, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an own-branded fashion environment.
  • A strong passion for fashion, preferably in womenswear, menswear, or childrenswear.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills to analyze high data volumes.
  • A strong understanding of retail trends and ability to adapt to consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Excel functionalities and other data analysis tools.
