    We are seeking dedicated Aged Care Support Workers to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to help our clients live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

    • Assist with personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks.
    • Provide social support and facilitate community and wellness activities.
    • Transport clients to appointments and social events.
    • Travel throughout the community between client homes (paid km's).
    • Minimum Certificate III Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community, or current nursing students with completed aged care placement.
    • Previous experience in aged care or community services.
    • Basic computer skills and accurate documentation.
    • Current Australian Open Drivers License, reliable vehicle, National Police Check, first-aid and CPR certificates, and COVID-19 vaccination status as per the Government recommendations.
