Property Financial Analyst

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Produce and review monthly management accounts, cost lines, income streams, budgets, and forecasts
* Manage one employee, assess their performance, and develop their skills
* Review and investigate variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted results
* Reconcile all relevant entities' balance sheets
* Present monthly finance reports to line managers and senior finance as required

**What We're Looking For:**

* Qualified ACCA/CIMA (further study support provided)
* Leadership/Managerial experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role within finance
* Excellent IT system skills, particularly in MS Excel
