As a key member of our Frasers Group Finance team, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition, purchase and integration of new freeholds brought into our portfolio, as well as the maintenance of our existing portfolio of 159 locations with approximately 700 tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing and reviewing monthly management accounts, including cost lines, income streams, budgets and forecasts
  • Managing one employee, assessing performance, demonstrating best practices and developing the future of the business
  • Reviewing and investigating variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted results
  • Reconciling all relevant entity balance sheets
  • Preparing and presenting monthly finance reports to line managers and senior finance teams as required
  • Building strong relationships and acting as a business partner for financial and numerical queries with multiple departments, including Property, Commercial Analysts, Legal and external managing agents
  • Supporting group and statutory audits for relevant entities
  • Assisting with the integration of new acquisitions
  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA, with further study support provided
  • Leadership/managerial experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role within finance
  • Excellent IT system skills, particularly in MS Excel
  • Looking to develop and grow a career in a commercial business
