Property Accountant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our property portfolio, including acquisition, purchase, and integration of new freeholds. You will also provide financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders and teams across the organization.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in financial management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a deep understanding of financial systems and processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you should have a strong analytical mindset, be able to think critically, and be able to solve complex problems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial aspects of our property portfolio, including acquisition, purchase, and integration of new freeholds
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders and teams across the organization
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA (further study support provided)
- Leadership/Managerial experience
- Minimum 2 year's experience working in a similar role within finance
- Excellent IT system skills, in particular MS Excel
What We Offer
