About the Role

The Student Lifecycle Services team at UCL Eastman Dental Institute is a dynamic and collaborative operation that plays a crucial role in the management of student records throughout their time at the Institute.

As a Student Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student record-keeping from enrolment to award, ensuring that department and faculty colleagues understand the processes within our remit. You will take the lead on specific workstreams, such as Change of Circumstances, Enrolment or Exam Boards, managing the processes across the whole team.

You will be responsible for managing enrolment centres during the main enrolment periods and supporting major events such as examinations, A level Results day, and graduation. You will also be responsible for managing student data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity, and providing reports and insights to inform decision-making.

About You

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in an administrative support role in a busy university environment, with excellent knowledge of student records systems. They will have demonstrable experience in managing others, both directly and indirectly, and in influencing others to achieve common targets.

They will have excellent interpersonal skills in both written and oral communications, with an ability to prepare reports and plans and present these to variable audiences, including the ability to convey complex information to audiences with varying concerns and levels of understanding.

They will also have a good knowledge and interest in student data, with excellent IT skills and an ability to manipulate and interpret large, complex sets of data.
