About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Energy Transition Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Future Energy Commercial team, you'll be responsible for leading our approach to the future energy market and developing strategies to capture commercial value.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to drive growth and deliver new revenue streams. You'll need to have a deep understanding of the energy industry and commercial levers that drive our P&L.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and implement our approach to the future energy market
  • Create and optimize strategies to capture commercial value
  • Own and develop commercial models to support delivery of our energy P&L
  • Ensure we develop a deep understanding of changes in the industry and competitor activity
  • Navigate through energy policy and regulatory consultation changes
  • Determine pricing strategy for new energy products and offerings

You'll be the expert in commercial implications of the energy transition, forming our positioning and developing strategy with our Energy Director. Your knowledge and expertise will ensure you build enduring relationships with strategic commercial partners.

What You'll Need
  • Substantial knowledge in the energy industry with a depth of experience in driving positive commercial outcomes
  • Understanding of the future direction of the energy industry and experience of implementing new revenue streams
  • Great portfolio/risk modelling ability
  • Talent for making complex concepts easy to understand
  • Possess a growth mindset and passion for developing others
