About the Role
We are a specialist engineering and manufacturing recruitment company based in Hinckley, and we are looking for someone to help us drive sales and lead generation. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging candidates, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and managing and advising throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Follow up on all potential sales leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Liaise with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interview and register new candidates, ensuring they meet the required standards and qualifications.
- SOURCE candidates for current and future vacancies, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Build strong candidate relationships through regular communication and support.
- Conduct reference calls to verify candidate information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Update our CRM system on a regular basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and compliance requirements to ensure the highest level of service.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive starting salary of £22,000 - £24,000, with uncapped commission-earning potential of £35k OTE (1st year on target earnings). You will also receive rapid career progression, with pay rise reviews every 3 months, and be part of a fun and supportive team culture. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
