About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance, Operations, and Sales departments, you'll play a pivotal role in driving contractual and procedural compliance within Sky Media.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with multiple teams across Sky Media to enhance processes and controls for the end-to-end flow of revenues.
- Support the Head of Governance in undertaking a full review of processes and controls and work with relevant departments to capture areas requiring simplification and additional transparency.
- Coordinate audit processes, facilitating the provision of audit evidence to auditors.
- Own and operate certain controls, providing independent verification on the compliance of the wider Sky Media team.
- Produce Sky Media risk assessments for review and approval.
- Maintain a change register for controls and processes to enable effective process tracking.
- Be a regular point of contact for the business as we navigate through new processes and manage change.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Analytical nature with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple departments and at all levels.
- Effective communication skills.
- CCAB Qualified.
- Auditing experience.
- Understanding of the UK TV market and trading dynamics.
- Systems experience of Landmark, Salesforce, Tableau.
