Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Cityscape Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential property development sector. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high standard of presentation for the site and sales complex, as well as proactively following up with leads provided by our clients. You will also be required to regularly liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors to meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder being an advantage. You must also have excellent knowledge of GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, and The Consumer Code for House Builder. Furthermore, you should be flexible in your working pattern, available to work weekends and bank holidays, and willing to travel sometimes on short notice. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel are also essential requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
