Job Title: North England & Scotland Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a North England & Scotland Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners in the North England & Scotland area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the North England & Scotland area to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our retail partners, providing tailored solutions and support to maximize sales potential.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits and features of our stoves.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and product enhancements.
  • Event Participation: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our stoves and enhance brand visibility.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the stove or broader heating solutions market.
  • Trust and Reliability: Authentic, trustworthy, and reliable to fit with a likeminded team.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and confident in managing own time and priorities.
  • Candidate Profile: CRM system experience (full Hubspot training provided), journey/route planning experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Driving License: Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year DOE + Uncapped Commission
