We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team as a Learning Mentor Position. In this role, you will work closely with a learner on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to enhance their academic and personal growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with children and being involved in challenging behaviour management. As a top graduate seeking experience within a school setting, you will bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to our team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised learning plans, promoting positive behaviour, and fostering strong relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. You should also possess a strong understanding of child development, behaviour management techniques, and learning strategies.
