Responsibilities
  • Line Management of the Reconciliations function, people and processes
  • Completion and submission of departmental Debt returns and quarterly VAT returns for the HM Treasury Group
  • Transmitting daily BACs payment runs for supplier payments and providing support in approving payment runs
  • Maintaining the group's Fixed Asset register, completing monthly reconciliation of capital accounts and posting depreciation costs
  • Administration of the group's bank accounts, actioning change requests with our in-house administration team, banking provider and Government Banking service
