The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Collaborative Production Management System through regular review of its efficiency, monitoring compliance, and providing proactive suggestions for improvement.

Key responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert of the CPMS process, ensuring all activities and improvements align with the @one alliance strategy, and using data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of managing teams and facilitating meetings with large groups of stakeholders.
  • Track record of managing processes and change management.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a calm and calculated fashion in potentially stressful situations.
