Job Title: Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team at Tag. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts across various media channels, including digital, social, print, and video.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Conceptualization: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Art Direction: Lead and direct photo and video shoots, ensuring that the creative vision is brought to life with precision and creativity.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and account teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions.
  • Client Interaction: Present ideas and creative concepts to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind your work.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, content creation, and social media.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with a solid understanding of video editing and motion graphics tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content strategies tailored to each.
  • Exceptional conceptual skills, with the ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries.
  • Comfortable working across various mediums and channels, from traditional print to digital and social.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and solve creative challenges efficiently.
