Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to concept and execute creative ideas for clients
  • Develop and design visual creative solutions that align with client objectives and industry standards
  • Present design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, providing rationale behind design choices
  • Work closely with Experiential teams to develop concepts for clients in presale and create visually arresting representations of these concepts
  • Provide guidance and critique of junior designers' work and support design leads to drive the design process
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in an industry utilizing spatial design for categories such as hospitality, travel, luxury, automotive, tech, etc.
  • BA or equivalent required in design-focused major (graphics, architecture, industrial design, interior design, 3D)
  • High proficiency in Mac OS / Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Google Collabs, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Bonus but not required: SketchUp and/or other 3D modeling/visualization software (SketchUp preferred)
  • Experience leading art direction for experiential and strategy
  • Strong conceptual abilities, client service, self-motivation, and time management skills required
