Improve the User Experience of Our Award-Winning Software

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a User Experience Specialist. As a key member of our design, development, and project management team, you will be responsible for improving the user interface and workflows of our software.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our software is intuitive and easy to use, even for individuals with basic knowledge of e-commerce or warehouse operations. To achieve this, you will work closely with our team to create user guides, training materials, and video tutorials.

Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting the software to enable users at all levels to find information and answers without needing to contact our support team. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to think customer-first, be proactive, and take ownership of your tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and free parking.
