We are seeking an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to join our Chartwells team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will work 5 out of 7 days. The role is contracted to 40 weeks per year.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all catering and service operations.
- Liaise between the team and manager to meet customer service standards.
- Assist the manager with inventory management, budget monitoring, and action planning.
- Process payments efficiently and manage the tills.
- Support and train teams to excel in their roles.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
