Job Overview:
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Domestic Assistant at the Friarage Hospital in Northallerton. As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our patients, ensuring their care and experience is enhanced. You will work closely with your colleagues to provide a seamless service, using your problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to prioritize your workload.

Key Requirements:
  1. Able to develop knowledge of hospital policies and procedures to support their role
  2. Ability to record/document information clearly in line with policy and procedure
  3. Ability to use initiative and make decisions within their sphere of work and/or knowledge recognising where assistance/escalation is required

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in cleaning or equivalent skills. A Disclosure and Barring Service Check will be required for this post. The salary for this position is £22,838 - £25,706 per annum.
