Practice Nurse

Orchard Medical Practice is seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Nurse to join our team. As a well-regarded and high-achieving practice, we offer a relaxed and friendly work environment, excellent administrative support, and flexibility in working patterns.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality general practice nursing to our patients. This will involve:
- Assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans
- Providing evidence-based care and treatment, including immunizations, injections, and mental health reviews
- Collaborating with the general practice team to ensure seamless patient care
- Supporting the practice in achieving targets for chronic disease management, public health initiatives, and quality of care
We are looking for a qualified registered nurse with experience in the following areas:
- Diabetes management
- COPD care
- Asthma management
- Immunizations and injections
- Contraception and reproductive health
