Warehouse Shift Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Lupa Recruitment. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they are engaged, organised and motivated. Your role will involve overseeing the loading and unloading of vehicles, processing freight, and routing sort, all while assisting with load out in line with business targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a team of warehouse operatives

Overseeing the loading and unloading of vehicles

Processing freight and routing sort

Assisting with load out in line with business targets

Providing comprehensive reporting and data analysis

Getting involved in HR activities, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management

We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced operation, proven people management skills, and the ability to make decisive and effective decisions. A FLT license is desirable but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
