City Group Recruitment is recruiting a Office Management Assistant to join our team in Spalding. As a Legal Business Support Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal teams and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to legal teams, including file management and document preparation.
* Accurately input and maintain data in legal systems and databases.
* Assist with invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative tasks.
* Handle correspondence and other communications efficiently.
* Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure accessibility.
* Perform general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or clerical work is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
* Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Salary: £24,000.
