Job Summary:

This is a senior leadership position that requires the ability to manage and develop our mental health team, ensuring we deliver high-quality services to our clients. About the Role:

The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mental health services, including managing staff, developing policies, and collaborating with other teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our mental health team, providing guidance and support to ensure we deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to drive service improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring we achieve our goals while maintaining financial stability
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and development within the team

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 6 weeks of holiday per year, plus bank holidays
