We are seeking a Behaviour Change Lead to support the Head of Future Transport in driving the behaviour change agenda and ensuring it is at the forefront of current and future transport schemes.

This role is critical to implementing sustainable transport initiatives and driving behaviour change across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behaviour change strategies to promote sustainable transport modes
  • Work closely with the Head of Future Transport to drive the behaviour change agenda
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure behaviour change initiatives are integrated into transport schemes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing complex initiatives and driving behaviour change
  • Strong understanding of sustainable transport modes and behaviour change strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders

About the Role:
