Care Coordinator | Cameron Clarke Associates is a Health and Social Care provider, offering high-quality dorm care services.

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will ensure that care services are delivered to service users at specified times and for the required duration.

The ideal candidate will have proven care experience, with knowledge of rotas and staff management. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with local community organisations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all activities such as personal care and medication administration meet the required standards

Requirements:

  • 3 years Coordinator experience essential
  • Driving Licence and own Car essential
  • At least a Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Ability to draft care plans, assessments
  • Good command of English is essential
