About the Role

Your new company, a property specialist firm based in Manchester city centre, is seeking a permanent office manager/scheduler to join their team. As a key member of the in-house team, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of property services, working closely with solicitors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of property services, handling requests from solicitors and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and send reports on scheduled work, log notes, and update the system and solicitors on progress.
  • Manage changing demands, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams, communicating effectively at various levels.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in construction or property, with a background in scheduling or project coordination.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and drive solutions.
  • Proactive approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
